Long Island Cheese Squash

This pumpkin is just delicious with that real pumpkin taste and a lovely orange flesh. A great keeper for winter storage as well.  Develop into large flat round creamy coloured fruits. Flesh is packed with flavour but not incredibly dense. Typical of the Moschata species plants produce long vines and take a bit longer to mature.

Long Island Cheese Squash belongs to the C Moschata species.
