Free delivery on orders over R500.
For orders below R500, our standard shipping fee will be added at checkout.

Glen Seeds ships orders using door-to-door couriers, PostNet, PUDO lockers, and PEP Paxi. Most orders are sent via door-to-door courier. However, if the courier cost to your area is substantially higher than the standard fee charged at checkout, and a more cost-effective option is available (such as PUDO, PostNet, or PEP Paxi), we reserve the right to use one of these alternative delivery methods.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Orders are packed Monday to Friday.
Orders are typically collected by the courier on the next business day after packing.
Delivery timeframes:
- Major centres: within 2 working days
- Outlying areas: 3–4 working days
- Remote areas may take longer

Delivery Address Requirements

We can only deliver to a physical street address.
If you are located on a farm or in a remote area without a recognised street address, please provide an alternative delivery address (for example, a friend or family member’s address in town).

Tracking

All shipments are fully trackable via the relevant courier’s tracking system. You will receive confirmation of the shipping method used along with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Self-Collection Option

If you are near Midrand and would like to collect your order, self-collection is available weekdays between 09:00 and 16:00.

How it works:

At checkout, indicate “Self-collection” in the order notes.
If your order is below R500, enter the promo code FS at checkout to apply a discount equal to the courier fee.
Once your order is packed, we will contact you with the exact collection address and instructions.

Shipping Outside South Africa

Please note that Glen Seeds currently operates within South Africa only.
We are unfortunately unable to process or ship orders outside the borders of South Africa.
