Cayenne Golden Chilli

The golden cousin of the traditional cayenne pepper,  the majestic, glowing green to golden  fruit of the Golden Cayenne Pepper have proven to potentially be a little hotter than their cousins, the 'reds'.  This golden beauty develop their full 'Hot Chilli" heat on maturity and tend to stay firmer and smoother that their red cousins once fully ripe.

The Golden Cayenne Pepper makes a rich yellow sauce, relish or jelly and an awesome yellow chilli powder when dried and ground, just please mind your eyes.
