Garden Peach Tomato

The Garden Peach Tomato, originally from South America, where they are known as Coconas thrive in poor soil, producing masses of very peach-like small yellow and pink mottled fruit.  They are coloured almost exactly like a peach and even have slightly furry skin.  These tomatoes are prized by some as having similar health benefits to oranges.

The fruit of the Garden Peach Tomato are refreshingly fruity in flavour.  Their distinctive full, rich taste and delightfully soft skins make them perfect for salad and sauces, that is of course if they make it to the kitchen at all!
