Parsley Italian Flat-Leaf
Flat-Leaf Parsley AKA Italian Parsley is easy to grow and as a cut and come again herb, plants last an entire season.
A slightly peppery taste makes it an ideal addition to fresh and cooked dishes. It is also an excellent drying herb for any time of the year use. You can hang them to air dry, use a food dehydrator or dry in the oven at lowest setting. Drying concentrates flavour which makes it great to add to seasoning or use in soups.
