Stump of the World Tomato

Is this the worlds best tasting tomato? The stump of the world tomato, has won numerous worldwide contests for best tasting tomato and its available right here in South Africa from Glen Seeds!   Some people believe that the popular, and also great tasting Brandywine tomato strain was developed from the Stump of the World. You will probably never again want to eat a plastic tomato after you experienced the taste sensation that is the Stump of the World tomato!

These plants produce large to very large round dark pink tomatoes with light green shoulders, shapes can deviate a bit like an almost heart shape.  If left on the plant they will eventually colour to an even almost red. They are however at their best when there is still a tint of green on the shoulders.
