Red Cheese Pepper

The colour of these thick walled stuffing sweet peppers are so intense they were used by cheese makers in Spain to colour cheese. The shape also reminds one of a round cheese.  This pepper goes a long way in stir fries or use as a stuffing pepper  - stuff with mixed cheeses will be fitting.

 Plants are medium in size, very robust and dark red fruits are round flat and highly ribbed
