Jalapeno Sweet Chilli

To the hardcore "chilli-head" the thought of a tamed Jalapeno is almost blasphemy, but, especially for the people that can't take the heat of a Jalapeno, you have now been given a reprieve! The Sweet Jalapeno Pepper.  If it looks like a Jalapeno and has the unique and iconic taste of a Jalapeno but there is no ear warming heat it IS still a Jalapeno.

The distinctly Jalapeno like green ripening to red fruit of the Sweet Jalapeno Pepper can be added to all Tex Mex dishes, pickled or made into a luxurious rich sweet jalapeno sauce or relish.
