Giant Aconcagua Pepper
The gargantuan green-yellow-red fruit of the Giant Aconcagua Sweet Pepper, rumoured to be the largest pepper in the world, are borne in large numbers on massive 1m or more bushes.
The 25cm-30cm (and beyond) peppers, at their sweet, appley best when they are a glowing lime green, but they are delicious throughout the maturity process. Their unbelievable sweet, thick, crunchy flesh make them the perfect burger topping when grilled, in stir fries and sublime in salads and salsas. Their sheer size make them ridiculously good as stuffing peppers
